This is the third Bizzy Bear board book that I have purchased. As with the other two, this one has a number of fun activities for my grandson to play with. He loves trucks and fire engines, so this book is one that he especially looks for. At almost one and a half years old, he is easily able to move the levers to make the fun activities happen. He especially likes the one that opens the windows.The story is very simply and easy to read. When kids are interested in doing the activities, they really aren't listening all that hard. I read this one to him several times a day and neither he nor I have gotten tired of it. A little one can be a bit tough on these books - my grandson tries to "open" the pages where the movement actually is house. He has only destroyed one as I figured out how to reinforce the books so he can't pull them apart. I use a big of clear packing tape on the corners and edges of each page. Just enough to reinforce without hampering the flow of the activity. He hasn't damaged another since I starting using this method.

VLike: Purchased entire Imprint collection. All boardbooks contained the expected movable parts we've come to love! All books were received in great condition and were well packaged.Dislike: (Other than some of the book cover photos posted by the Seller(s) indicated no moveable piece in the cover, which caused me to wonder whether or not the particular boardbook contained moveable parts), none.Reason: Purchased as a replacement.

We discovered Bizzy at the library and ordered as many of these online. The 12-month-old loved them for a year. Unfortunately, loved these books to pieces. It was a matter of time before he would try to tear at the pieces. A few times I could repair them with glue and packing tape. Out of 5 of the books, I think 2 of them are still in ok condition. I would still get them because of how much the child loves to interact with the movement and they are sturdily made. It is just that if you are not staring at the child every second that they are with the book (or any book) it is likely they will try to tear at it.

This Bizzy bear book is sturdy and my child loves it but it is shorter than the other books is the series. Still completely worth is if your child likes fire trucks or as a gift for fite prevention week at daycare. My daughter is too little to really understand fire prevention week but she loves the sounds we make for fire trucks so much that it doesn't matter. Any of the bizzy bear books are great for kids that are old enough to enjoy lift the flap books or slide books.

All of the Bizzy Bear board books are very colorful and engaging. Interactive sliding panels and good story line. Have given several as gifts to toddlers.

Fun rhyming story with very sturdy interactive parts. I was pleasantly surprised at how well made this book was.

Cute books. Love the story. Way too easily destroyed by toddlers.

My little friend loves this book.
